Art and Millie wanted to create some portraits for their children.  This session was such a treat.  We met at the Botanical Gardens and I collected images of them just spending morning being together - something they do very well with over 50 years of practice.  

Denise and Seth reside in Northern California where she attends Veterinary School.  On my visit in June, we had the goal of creating a collection of images with their three dogs.  This was as humorous as any family session with young children.  The dogs behaved much as any brothers and sisters would.  But with lifestyle photography, my goal is to illustrate two aspects that are present in all famlies - their unity and their dichotomy.
